Is Brighton Beachfront Holiday Park pet friendly?

Brighton Beachfront welcomes dogs on sites. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in cabins unless booking our dedicated pet friendly cabins. Look for the Budget or Seaside Cabins when booking online.

Do you have cabins available for wheelchair users or people with disabilities?

We have 1 x Special Access Cabin available that is fully compliant for those with limited mobility. This is our 2 Bedroom Special Access Seabreeze Villa which is available for booking online.

How many cars can I have on a site? Is there a cost for parking?

We offer free parking to one car per site. Additional vehicles can be parked for $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week.

How much is Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is offered free of charge to all inhouse guests. Please see reception for the Wi-Fi password once you have checked in.

What time can I check in?

Check in is available after 2pm for cabins and sites and from 12 noon for all other sites.

Can I check in early? How much is an early check in?

Please check with reception regarding early check ins.

What times is check out?

Check out is 10.00am.

Can I have a late check out? How much does a late check out cost?

Depending on availability we can accommodate a late check out up to 11:00 am. There is no additional cost but we do ask that you check with our friendly reception team upon check in or prior to arrival to confirm availability. Later checkouts may be available for an additional charge dependent on availability

What if I arrive after reception closes?

If you already have a booking, we can certainly accommodate you arriving after reception closes. Please contact reception prior to our closing time to organise a late check in. We will also ask that prior to arrival you provide copy of the credit/debit card used to make your booking as well as a copy of your photo ID.

What time does reception open/close?

Our office hours are 8am to 6pm 7 days per week.

Do you have a dump point?

We do have a dump point available to park patrons. Please refer to our Park Map for its location or check with our friendly reception team.

Is there a swimming pool?

While we may not have a swimming pool, we do have direct access to the beach!

When is the Surf Club open?

Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club is open Thursday to Sunday from 8.30am to 8.30pm – and it’s located next door to the holiday park!

How much does it cost to use the BBQs?

They are FREE!

When does the Games Room open and close each day?

Our games room is open 8am to 9pm daily and offers a range of arcade games, skill testers, a ping pong table and other fun indoor activities.

Is Kidz Korner run all year round?

We offer Kidz Korner activities on long weekends and throughout the school holidays.

Is linen supplied to all beds?

Linen is supplied to all beds in our cabins.

Can I have a camp fire in the park?

Fires are only permitted between 1 May and 15 November as per Adelaide Metro fire restrictions guidelines. All fires must be contained off the lawn and burning charcoal or heat beads, no wood.

Do you accept Group Bookings?

We can generally accommodate group bookings, however, we ask that you give our friendly reception team a call to discuss your options and availability.

Can I booking cabins/sites side by side?

While site and cabin numbers and locations cannot be 100% guaranteed, please let our reception team know of any requests you may have. We always do our very best to accommodate guests’ requests where possible.

What happens if I can’t travel due to COVID-19?

We do have policies and procedures in place should you be unable to travel as a result of COVID-19. Please give our reception team a call for more information specific to your booking.

Can I quarantine at your Holiday Park?

To protect our vulnerable residents and essential travel guests, guests are not able to self-isolate at our Holiday Parks.

How do I pay for my booking? Can I setup a payment plan?

We accept both Visa and Mastercard for online bookings. If your booking qualifies for a Payment Plan, this option will appear alongside the accepted credit cards on the checkout page. You can use either an approved credit card or your bank details to setup a direct debit Payment Plan. All Payment Plans must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to arrival.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in the amounts of $50, $100, $150, $200 or $250. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on sites or cabins.

How much does it cost to play mini golf?

Our mini golf course is FREE to all in house guests!
